Delivery Options

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of the parcel.

We ship orders via GLS to European and selected international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders are processed only after the payment has been successfully received in our bank account. Depending on the payment method and banking procedures, payment confirmation may take approximately 4-5 business days.

Please note that an order is not considered confirmed for processing until the payment has been received and verified by ETB Professional.

Delivery Times

Once payment has been confirmed, orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1 business day.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and typically range from 2-7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Public holidays;
  • Severe weather conditions;
  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Technical issues affecting logistics providers;
  • Other unforeseen events.

The delivery period begins from the date payment is received and confirmed, not from the date the order is placed.

Parcel Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package carefully before accepting it from the GLS courier.

If the parcel shows signs of damage, tampering, leakage, or other visible defects, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at export@etbprofessional.com. This will allow us to investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

ETB Professional's obligation is limited to delivering the ordered Products within the statutory period of 30 days from the conclusion of the distance sales contract, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer or required by applicable law.
