Return policy

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to give up a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than those of delivery. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a Good or giving up a Service expires within 14 days from:

- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good - if the Buyer orders multiple products in a single order that will be delivered separately

- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good or the last part - in the case of the delivery of a product that consists of several lots or parts

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal from the Contract:

Supply of Goods made according to the specifications presented by the Buyer or clearly customized;
Providing Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
Supply of sealed Goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the Buyer
Supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements;
The provision of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the provision has begun with the express prior consent of the Buyer and after he has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal.

We would like to inform you that: knives, foils, trimmers and shaver cases, electrical cables and batteries of cordless electrical products are not covered by the warranty. These parts can only be exchanged/repaired against a charge.
